Robert is a co-founder, Sales and Marketing Director of Station Financial Wales Ltd and is an Independent Financial Planner covering the geographical areas of Barry, Bridgend, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Cowbridge, Newport, Penarth, Pontypridd and the Vale of Glamorgan.

He has over 25 years' experience in retail banking, financial planning and investments having held financial planning and management roles for brands such as Lloyds Bank and Friends Provident.

Robert is married to Karen and they have two children. He is learning to speak Welsh. In his spare time he coaches children's football and rugby. He plays five a side football and also enjoys a spot of sea fishing. He is an active fund raiser for both national and local charities.

He has over 20 years experience in financial planning and tax management having held specialist roles for HMRC and Friends Provident before setting up a bespoke Wealth and Estate Management Company.

Mark is married to Georgina and they have two children. Contrary to opinion, he likes the social aspects of life and enjoys clay pigeon shooting and fly fishing. He is an active fund raiser for both national and local charities.

Wynne is a co-founder, Compliance Director of Station Financial Wales Ltd and is an Independent Financial Planner covering the geographical areas of Bridgend, Porthcawl, Port Talbot, Maesteg, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

He has over 30 years' experience in the Banking and Financial Planning sector, having previously represented Midland Bank and for the past 20 years run his own IFA Practice in Kenfig Hill.

Wynne is married to Sharon and has two step-children. He has always had a keen interest in sport, having represented Wales, at junior levels, in cricket and hockey. Wynne is now a keen golfer, being actively involved at his local club. He also enjoys walking, having completed the ‘3 Peak – 24 Hour Challenge’ in 2010.

Kirsten is the Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to all 3 Directors, joining the Station Financial (Wales) team in December 2014. Kirsten is currently working toward her level 3 Certificate in Paraplanning and Financial Administration.

Neil has over 30 years’ experience in the mortgage market helping families and first-time buyers.

He specialises in Buy to Let and Commercial lending. Covering everything from a single Buy to Let property to large portfolios.

This is an increasingly complex area due to changes in legislation and taxation. With owners wanting to pass on their properties to their children, or deciding whether to form limited companies, qualified all round advice is required.

Neil has excellent relationships with specialist property accountants and barristers, together with experienced property lawyers to provide clients with a comprehensive circle of advice.

His commercial finance experience covers areas such as Bridging loans, property development, owner occupied businesses, shops, warehouses, guest houses, care homes, factories, pubs, restaurants and hotels.

Julie joined Station Financial Wales Ltd in September 2020 as a Mortgage Adviser covering the geographical areas of South and West Wales.

She has over 25 years' experience within the financial industry and started out as a paraplanner and office manager for a local independent adviser. Julie is qualified as a mortgage, equity release & protection adviser and also supports the team with paraplanning duties.

Julie loves outdoor activities and is a keen road cyclist, runner as well as enjoying long walks and sea kayaking. Julie enjoys gardening and has an allotment, where among other things, she grows fruit to brew her own wine.
